I never changed any settings prior to this happening and have updated to the latest firmware. I've tried simple reset, all the way up to factory reset, to no avail. When I am finally able to connect and run speed test I get speeds around 1-30 mbps, and I noticed jitter is very high, between 300-500 ms. It will either not connect to my networks at all or it will tell me the password is incorrect, which I know it is correct because I have been copy/pasting the same password and after a few unsuccessful tries it will finally let me connect.
